Troubleshooting PDF Downloads

If you are having trouble getting the download first and foremost, don't hesitate to contact me at EasyPiecyQuilts@gmail.com.  It is easy to get you the pattern over email if there is an issue.  Don't get frustrated - quilting is supposed to be fun!

Issue #1 - "The link to my pattern doesn't work"

You will always get multiple e-mails with the link to download your pattern.  If one doesn't work, find the other pattern download email and use the link on it.  Don't forget to check your junk or spam folders if you are not seeing these e-mails. 

Issue #2 - "I am on an iPad or iPhone and can't get my download."

An iPad is particularly sneaky with a download.  There will be a small downward arrow at the top right of the screen after you download the pattern from the website. 

iPhone will have a similar icon at the bottom left of the screen (diagram below).  Both are right next to the address bar.  Click this downward arrow icon and a menu with "downloads" on it will appear.  Click this option and your downloads will appear. 

Issue #3 - "I clicked the download icon and a blank page comes up." 

Give it a few seconds and try again.  It takes a minute or two sometimes for the download to complete.

Typically on any device there will be a Download folder or a Recents folder - check these for the download as well.
